7 ways To a Younger Looking Skin.

Mainly, it takes common sense combined with personal commitment to achieve our goals. Having fabulous skin is one of those common sense habits. Follow these simple steps to erase signs of aging and boost your overall skin health. From what you eat to when you wash your face, small changes can make a big difference...

1- What you put in your body shows on your face:
A lot of people spend hundreds of dollars each year trying to maintain a glowing complexion, but with a few simple changes to your diet, you could achieve nearly the same results.
One of the most important vitamins that helps keep the skin healthy is vitamin A. Low-fat dairy products are one of the best sources of vitamin A( Paprika, Red Pepper, Cayenne, Chili Powder,Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Dried Apricots, Lettuce ...)This helps them protect the skin from free radicals, such as sun damage that can cause premature aging.
Your skin also needs essential fatty acids. They act as barriers to harmful toxins that might enter the body and allow the waste products to leave your skin cells. The stronger the barrier, the more moisture your skin cells can retain. This makes for fuller skin that leaves no room for wrinkles. Some great sources of essential fatty acids are salmon, walnuts, canola oil, and flaxseed.

2- Manage stress:
Stress is a major contributor to overall poor health and premature aging. If you work in a stressful environment or are passing through a stressful time in your personal life, you should look at ways to manage stress, as it takes a toll on your body which, ultimately shows on your skin.
When you're feeling tense, Wechsler recommends a few minutes of deep breathing (inhale through your nose, hold for 3 counts, and release through your mouth).

3- Exercise Boost My Skin's Health:
When you exercise, your skin begins to produce more of its natural oils that help skin look supple and healthy.
You have to understand that exercise can make you lose a huge amount of water in your body. Replace the lost amount of water so that you can maintain moisture both in your skin and in the other organs inside your body. If you feel you have lost a lot of water from exercising, you should drink at least four glasses of water. Doing so does not just quench your thirst, but also helps eliminate bodily wastes and toxins.

4- Use the Sunscreen:
The NUMBER 1 way you’re aging your skin is Not wearing sunscreen daily. The sun can reach you on cloudy, rainy, or snowy days as well. You should use broad-spectrum sunscreen, which blocks both types of UV rays, UVA and UVB, with an SPF of at least 30.

5- Cleanse your skin:
No matter your skin type, you only need to cleanse your face once a day at night (cleansing twice daily can dry out your complexion and make wrinkles look more pronounced). To refresh skin in the morning, splash with lukewarm water.
There is a right way to wash your face (using your fingertips and a gentle cleanser is more than enough when it comes to caring for your skin. Use warm water to open the pores and gently move your fingertips in upward, circular motions all over your face and neck).

6- Use the day and night cream:
Choose skin care creams that are of high quality, and which contain scientifically proven effective ingredients. This step itself could be the key to your fountain of youth. However it's important to be aware that you should be careful when choosing a skin care cream.
Using a Day Cream for the Skin add brightness to the skin, reversing a dull complexion, softening the skin and making it feel smooth to the touch. Good day creams also defend against the harsh conditions.
Using a Night Cream, Women, especially age 30 and over, should use a night cream with anti-aging ingredients. These creams focus on the treatment of fine lines and wrinkles by increasing cell renewal and boosting collagen and elastin.

7- Good sleep means good looking skin:
During sleep time new growth hormones are released that renew and repair the tissues and cells that make up the skin's structure, giving new life and thereby preventing what is in effect the premature aging process.
To keep your skin healthy and youthful-looking skin, most experts recommend you get at least 7 to 8 hours of restful sleep each night.

The key to gorgeous skin turns out to be a mix of science, common sense, overall good health habits, and a simple stick-to-it skincare regimen.
